We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who has a successful background in generating new leads and is up to date in the latest trends in technology and social media.   • A challenging position where you will have complete responsibility for identifying and developing lead generation plans with targets, measures, and objectives. You will execute a wide variety of activities that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, public relations, client communication, media advertisements, promotions, and other marketing plans. You will develop and analyze data using web analytics tools and present regular reports and do updates and formats content pages for proposals, newsletters, and other collateral materials; prepares new business development packages and PowerPoint presentations. In addition you will take on necessary projects to keep our marketing program a model of efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of marketing experience in a service industry (leasing a plus) and outstanding verbal and written communications (skills including business communications, social networking, copy editing, desktop publishing).You must have superior computer skills including knowledge of MS Office (including PowerPoint), HTML, Adobe Creative Suite, Google & Microsoft ad programs and Google Analytics and knowledgeable social networks. A degree would be a major plus.

  3. A self-reliant, creative person with a positive attitude, exceptional bonding skills and the ability to communicate well with people at all levels. A detail oriented person who is committed to quality and results and who works well independently but never forgets he/she is part of a team.
