We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist who has a solid knowledge of accounting (payroll and general ledger) and can understand the business needs of the organization and translate those needs to ensure the organization benefits from strategic human resource services and standardized practices. We Expect

1. 2. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years generalist experience along with leadership, managerial and people skills.  You must be number oriented and have excellent project skills, current knowledge of benefits, compensation, employment law, EEO, OSHA, Workers' Compensation, Employee Leave and other compliance issues. You need good accounting skills (general ledger) and experience at working with payroll and benefits. You need excellent verbal and written communications and solid knowledge of basic software (Word, Excel and e-mail applications)

A problem solver who is skilled with both people and projects and who loves to take things from concept to completion and do it right.  A motivated, self directed professional with solid business acumen and outstanding bonding skills.
