We are an established, profitable, printing company located in a far northwest suburb. We are looking for a Shift Team Leader/Flexographic Press Operator who is highly reliable, has excellent mechanical trouble shooting skills and has the ability to lead our 2^nd shift crew. We Offer:

• A 2^nd shift leadership position where you will look at daily goals, oversee the shift and keep the presses running. This will include daily operation of all printing (flexo and screen), blank, and finishing equipment based on schedule, trouble shooting situations and equipment and record keeping documentation. It will also include training new employees as necessary and doing whatever you must to keep the shift running efficiently and making sure our work is done right and on time.

We Require:

1. A person who understands and aligns with our mission and vision.  Key values we subscribe to include reliability, integrity, customer focus and a whatever-it-takes attitude.

2. 5 years plus printing experience including hands-on experience with MA flexo equipment (4150, 2200) and as a team leader. You must be able to perform a set-up, understand four color process principles, be able to print four (4) color process, and know how to troubleshoot current equipment and evaluate new equipment. A reliable vehicle is a must, being able to utilize rotary screen unit and/or a background in lean manufacturing is a plus.

3. A detail oriented, printing professional who is reliable, efficient, likes being busy and doesn’t mind working overtime. A leader who demands high quality standards in himself/herself and others. A team oriented person who knows how to make decisions and has a sense of urgency.
