Shipshapes is a recently formed division of Imageworks, an established firm (1965) located in a Chicago suburb that creates and manufactures promotional materials for businesses.  Our vision is to be the leader in high impact direct mail. We are searching for a sales professional, a closer with strong customer service and detail skills. This is the ideal opportunity for you if you have excellent phone skills, love new business development and building client relationships and want exceptional earning potential with a dynamic, young company dedicated to providing value and quality for our customers.

  • Salary commensurate with experience and proven results, commission and a benefits plan that includes health insurance, life insurance and long and short term disability, vacation (building to 4 weeks), 10 paid holidays, personal time and a 401(k) matching 100 percent of first 3% and 50 percent of next 2%.

The ideal candidate will be a sales professional with a college degree and 5+ years of proven experience developing new business and maintaining relationships, You must be a superior closer with excellent phone skills along with outstanding detail and follow through skills. Agency, direct marketing or advertising sales experience would be a major plus.

  3. A self motivated leader with a burning desire to succeed. An upbeat person who can work independently, who has strong detail skills and wants to build a career in a growing department. Someone with top communication skills who can bond with people at all levels.
