fast growing energy engineering consulting firm with
34 employees located in four offices throughout
California. Our mission is to provide innovation
with integrity and to be a premier provider of high
quality technical and management services to the
energy market; facilitating the deployment of
efficient, cost effective, reliable and
environmentally friendly energy systems. Our
Pasadena and San Francisco offices are looking for
Senior Engineers with the technical expertise to
manage projects and provide excellence in service to
our clients and the people skills to mentor and
strengthen our engineering staff. This position will

We

technical assistance for a variety of programs
focusing on energy efficiency, but also
including renewable and alternative energy
systems and combined heat and power projects.
You will evaluate projects, do field
inspections and provide analysis for our clients
in the energy field. This will include
applications in lighting, pumps, drives and
process improvements and doing technical writing
as needed. Duties will also include serving as
liaison between clients and the home office,
taking charge of certain projects and providing
leadership, management and mentoring to some of
our less experienced engineers.

require:

The ideal candidate will have a
degree in engineering (M.E or E.E.) and 5+ years
experience in the energy field or a related
industry (HVAC, hydraulics etc.). You should
have the ability to
interpret and understand mechanical and
electrical drawings as well as equipment
nameplate data and manufacturer specifications
and to apply basic thermodynamic concepts such
as system efficiency and conservation of energy.
You must have excellent communications, computer
and project skills. Previous management would be
a plus.
